First off, accessing in-room dining proved to be a hassle. multiple calls without answers and a subsequent delivery of subpar food didn’t help. The wine service also missed the mark, with a clumsy pouring process and inattentive staff. Additionally, the first morning's cleaning staff entered unannounced while my partner was changing, which is a bit off-putting. Lastly, the key cards malfunctioned repeatedly throughout the stay, leading to unnecessary trips to reception.

I stayed in the Superior King Room and it was super comfy. The bed was really nice and cozy. The room was spacious and clean. The layout was modern and everything worked well, especially the shower. There were some neat extras like slippers and a robe. The only thing was the view didn’t wow me, but overall, I had a really good experience in the room.

The room was spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and an amazing view of the botanical gardens. Had a walk-in shower, flat-screen TV, and mini bar stocked with treats.
